Garage floors
Our most common job. Salt, oil, hot tires and snowmelt do nothing to it.
- Full-flake or solid color
- Coved stem walls available
- Park on it in 24 hours
Polyaspartic floor coatings, ground and installed in one day, ready to park on the next. Written warranty, no subcontractors, and the price we quote is the price you pay.
We measure the floor, check the concrete, and give you a fixed price on the spot. No pressure, no follow-up calls you didn't ask for.
We call or text back within one business hour, 7am to 7pm.
If you'd rather not wait, call us now at (518) 555-0142.
Every floor gets the same prep: diamond grinding to open the concrete, crack and spall repair, then a full-flake polyaspartic system. We do not roll paint on top of dirty concrete.
Our most common job. Salt, oil, hot tires and snowmelt do nothing to it.
A finished-looking floor without carpet or laminate that soaks up moisture.
UV-stable, so it will not yellow. Textured finish available for wet areas.
Auto shops, warehouses, showrooms. Fast cure means less downtime.
We bring physical samples to the quote so you can see them against your walls and in your light. Photos on a phone lie.
Solid colors, metallic finishes and custom blends are available at quote. All systems are UV-stable and rated for New York winters.
Most garages are one install day. You clear the floor, we handle everything else, including moving the odd shelf.
We measure, moisture-test the slab, look at cracks and old coatings, and hand you a fixed price with color samples.
30 minutesDiamond grinders with dust extraction open the concrete. Cracks, pits and spalls get filled and ground flush.
Morning of installPolyaspartic base coat, flake broadcast to full refusal, scrape, then a clear polyaspartic topcoat.
Same afternoonFoot traffic in a few hours. Vehicles after 24 hours. We come back if anything is not right.
Next dayMost "epoxy floors" that fail were either a kit rolled over unprepped concrete, or a true epoxy that yellowed and lifted after a few winters of salt and hot tires.
Polyaspartic cures in hours, not days, flexes with the slab, and does not yellow in sunlight. It costs more per gallon than epoxy, which is why the big-box kits do not use it, and why we do.
Prep matters more than product. We grind every floor. An acid-etched or shot-blasted surface does not give the coating enough to hold onto, and no warranty survives that.

"Two guys showed up at 7, floor was done by 3. Salt and slush from two cars all winter and it still looks like the day they left. Hosed it out in April."
"Quote was exactly what we paid. They found a crack under the old paint I didn't know about and fixed it as part of the job."
"Had a different company's epoxy peel after two years. This has been down three and nothing. Should have called these guys first."
Locally owned and based in the Capital Region. If you are within about 45 minutes of Albany, we come to you. Outside that, call and ask.
Check my addressMost two-car garages in the Capital Region land between $2,800 and $4,500 depending on square footage, how much repair the concrete needs, and whether you want the stem walls coved. We give a fixed price at the on-site quote and it does not change.
Yes. Polyaspartic cures down to about 20°F, so we work year round. Winter and early spring are actually the easiest times to get on the schedule.
Floor clear is ideal. Shelving, a freezer or a workbench that cannot move, we work around and coat up to the edge. Cars need to be out for the install day and the following night.
Every job includes crack and spall repair. We grind, fill with a polyurea repair compound, and grind flush before coating. Large structural cracks or heaving slabs we will tell you about at the quote rather than coat over.
Full flake gives some texture on its own. For pool decks, porches or anyone who wants more grip we add an anti-slip aggregate to the topcoat at no charge.
Product and prep. Kits are water-based epoxy rolled onto acid-etched concrete, and they peel under hot tires within a couple of years. We diamond-grind the slab and use a polyaspartic system that flexes, does not yellow and is rated for vehicle traffic.
Peeling, delamination and hot-tire pickup for 15 years, in writing, transferable if you sell the house. It does not cover damage from structural slab failure or chemical spills left to sit.
Thirty minutes at your house, samples in hand, a number in writing. Then it is your call.
